“Kristen” from CT manufacturing label Stamford Design produced this deadstock NWT 1980’s polka dot number. Rare larger size vintage. Pleated skirt polka dot crepe and a built in slip. White trim and fancy buttons. The cutest little belt! Color is black not Navy. Unfortunately there is a little discoloration on the collar from age and some loose threading but is otherwise in great shape.
