Each year, approximately 16 million tons of textile waste is dumped in landfills. Even clothing that doesn’t sell quickly enough in thrift stores is eventually tossed away. Upcycling and repurposing gives new life to items that might otherwise become “waste”. With my WASTE line I look to embrace repurposing “waste” and display it proudly on each garment.
